Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — Free on orders over $100
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — Available at checkout for an additional fee
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — Available at checkout for an additional fee

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Subscription Refill Shipments

Serum refill subscriptions ship automatically at your selected interval. Subscription shipments receive free standard shipping regardless of order value. You will receive a shipping notification email before each refill ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our Track Order page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@caviere.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available for domestic orders only.
