Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders include tracking.

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. The device must be returned in its original packaging.

Unopened serum refills may be returned within 60 days. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used serum cartridges cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The credit will appear on your original payment method.
