90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We believe in the transformative power of our system and want you to experience it with complete confidence.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
• The Micro-Infusion Device must be returned in its original packaging.
• Used serum vials cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but unused sealed vials may be included in your return.
• Items must be shipped back in reasonable condition — normal signs of use are expected and accepted.

Subscription Refills

Serum refill subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. If a refill shipment has already been dispatched, it may be returned unopened for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at hello@caviere.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Package your item securely and ship it using the provided label.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different variant, please return your current order and place a new one.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@caviere.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
