The Clinical Evidence
Two landmark studies. Hundreds of participants. Measurable, published results.
Study 1: 2024 Clinical Trial
Enzyme-Treated Supercritical Caviar Extract
- +8.8% skin elasticity
- -5.7% wrinkle depth
- +6.7% hydration
- -14.8% trans-epidermal water loss
The placebo group showed a decline in elasticity over the same period, confirming caviar's active effect.
Study 2: 2023 In Vivo Study
Anti-Aging Effects of Caviar Oil on Human Skin
- -16.36% forehead wrinkles
- +73.4% skin tightening
- +9.38% skin density
- Reduced MMP-1/2/9 expression
- Increased elastin and collagen I/III
Molecular analysis confirmed reduced collagen-destroying enzymes and increased structural protein formation.
THE PHOSPHOLIPID ADVANTAGE
Why Caviar Is Unlike Any Other Ingredient
Fish roe, including caviar, contains 38-75% of its lipids in phospholipid form. These phospholipids are structurally compatible with human cell membranes, enabling dramatically higher tissue uptake: 2x greater incorporation in the brain and 96% higher EPA in heart tissue compared to standard triglyceride forms.
Most serums rely on triglyceride or ethyl ester omega-3s that require bile salts for absorption and show lower tissue integration. Caviar's phospholipid-bound omega-3s self-emulsify, bypassing these barriers entirely. This is not incremental improvement. It is a fundamentally different delivery architecture.
The Mechanism
The DHA-Adiponectin Cascade
Docosahexaenoic acid from caviar extract enters the dermal layer
DHA activates fat cells residing in the skin's deeper layers
Adipocytes increase adiponectin production 102% more than control
Adiponectin inhibits the primary enzyme that breaks down collagen
Structural integrity maintained, visible renewal from within
DHA from caviar increased adiponectin concentration 102% more than control, actively preventing the collagen destruction that causes visible aging. This is not surface hydration; it is a molecular intervention at the source of structural decline.
